Despite the excitement over the upcoming GI Joe: Rise of cobra live-action movie, we should recall that this is NOT the first live-action representation of either G.I. Joe or Cobra. Back in the ninties Hasbro was using live actors to help create excitement behind the new line and it's sub-teams. When they introduced the Ninja Force versions of Snake Eyes and Scarlett, they included them in a commercial that features Snake Eyes coming to Scarlett's aid. Although most of the commercials of the era were very forgettable, it would be a shame to be ignorant about them. Let's have a quick flash-back, shall we?
